Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in a facility seeking experienced professionals to provide specialized care in a Level IV and surgical NICU setting. The role involves working on a rotating schedule, including weekend days and weekdays, with responsibilities for caring for critically ill and surgical neonates. Candidates must be adaptable to float to other units as needed.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift with weekend block days (Saturday/Sunday) plus one weekday shift; minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, PALS certification mandatory, NRP preferred; RN with Level IV/surgical NICU experience. Must have at least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with diagnoses such as CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, abdominal wall defects, BPD, pulmonary hypertension, pre/peri/post-operative care.
• Additional Information:
  • Open to float to other units as needed.
  • Work at least one holiday if it occurs during the contract.
  • Must be tested along with drug screening; flu vaccination is required with no exceptions (religious or medical declinations not accepted).
  • NICOTINE FREE FACILITY.
