Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) nurse position available in a medical facility located in Arlington. This role involves providing perioperative nursing care in a busy surgical unit, supporting both orthopedic and trauma procedures. The position requires adaptability for day or night shifts, with a focus on maintaining high-quality patient care during surgical episodes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, with a 12-hour shift duration and a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, 0 years of experience minimum, and completion of RN PeriOperative (OR) certification. Experience in orthopedic and trauma settings is mandatory.
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with additional skills in trauma and orthopedic procedures will be considered first.
• Additional Information: This assignment involves call and weekend coverage as required. The team comprises RNs and surgical technologists, with a focus on maintaining appropriate patient ratios. The role requires adherence to unit dress code and policies, including scrub attire.
