Description
Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) specialty position located in a healthcare facility. This long-term assignment involves working with a 12-hour night shift schedule, providing critical care to patients in a hospital setting. The role requires maintaining high standards of clinical care and adapting to unit needs.
Job Details:
- Schedule: ICU - 12H Nights 7p-7a; minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid TN license or compact license on file at time of submission; minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including prior travel experience; BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications; willing to work the orientation dates: 10/19, 10/26, 11/2, and 11/9 only; minimum of 0 years experience required.

- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Orientation dates are 10/19, 10/26, 11/2, and 11/9 only. No block schedule offered; must be flexible to meet staffing needs of the unit. No time off approved from 9/19-10/17 due to Epic Go Live. Hospital: 21-bed unit, ratios 1-2; float to Stepdown/ER as needed; EMR: Cerner. Weekend shifts are required. Patient population: 18+, including ARDS/Pneumonia, Withdrawal, Cardiogenic Shock. The unit manages scheduling.
