Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) RN position in a healthcare facility. The role involves providing specialized perioperative care in neuro and orthopedic surgery, with occasional robotics-assisted procedures. The candidate must be versatile and capable of adapting to varying schedules and holiday requirements, including working two major holidays and one minor holiday during the assignment period.

Job Details:

• Location: Not specified; no local candidates within 50 miles of the submitting facility.
• Schedule: Varies, with shift hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The shift duration is approximately 10 hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA); experience with Cerner electronic health record system; minimum of 2 years of recent OR experience specializing in neuro and orthopedics; ability to handle robotics cases when necessary.
• Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in neuro and orthopedic surgical procedures; versatility in handling robotics.
• Additional Information: The assignment requires working two major holidays out of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, as well as one minor holiday such as the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
