Job Details
- Position: NICU Nurse in Bakersfield, California
- Shift Time: Rotating
- Shift Hours: 8 hours per shift
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy; AHA-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or ARC-Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS); S.T.A.B.L.E Certification (STABLE); 1 year of experience in neonatal care.
- Additional Information: Collects relevant patient data, analyzes assessment data, develops care plans, and implements interventions. Coordinates with healthcare teams for patient care, discharge planning, and education. Performs duties with professional and supervisory discretion, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
