Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse in a facility located in Rochester, NY. This role involves providing advanced nursing care for adult and geriatric patients with complex medical needs, with a focus on telemetry and step-down level care. The position offers a dynamic environment, requiring strong clinical skills and the ability to float within the skill set as needed.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week, starting 10/13/2026 and ending 01/12/2027
• Required Qualifications: NY Single State Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications; telemetry and step-down care experience, including interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of cardiac monitoring, blood product administration, central and peripheral line care, manage cardiac drips (no titration), nasal cannula, oxygen administration, non-invasive airway management, and isolation precautions; EPIC charting experience; and at least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with charge nursing and community hospital settings.
• Float: Float rotation within skill set may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidate must be available to work every other holiday, submit RTO requests upon submission, and adhere to the client's call-off policy. No local candidates within 75 miles accepted for this position.
