Job Details

• Location: Idaho Falls, ID

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) license, 3+ years of operating room experience, trauma experience, BLS certification, open and outgoing personality, team player, excellent critical thinking skills
• Preferred Qualifications: CNOR certification, burn experience, robotic experience, neuro experience
• Unit Description: Operating Room with 13 beds and 25 RNs, providing services including trauma, burn, ENT, gastroenterology, general, gynecology, neuro, open heart, ophthalmology, orthopedics, plastics, psychiatry, robotics, trauma, and urology procedures
• Additional Information: The unit operates with a flexible staffing model, including rotating weekend call every four weeks, with typical call shifts ranging from 2 to 12 hours. Call duties are evenly distributed among team members, with measures in place to limit weekly work and call hours.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
