Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to critically ill patients, performing assessments, administering treatments, and monitoring patient progress in a high-acuity environment over a scheduled shift of 12 hours during days. The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established practice standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour days shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 10/12/2026 and ending on 01/09/2027.
• Required Qualifications: - Active RN (Registered Nurse) license valid in the state of practice. - BLS (American Heart Association) certification. - ACLS (American Heart Association) certification. - NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification. - Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU). - Bachelor's degree in Nursing. - Certification relevant to ICU nursing, as appropriate for the unit or service.
• Additional Information: - The role may require floating to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on operational needs. - May be required to be placed on-call during scheduled shifts. - Documentation and resource utilization must adhere to hospital and regulatory guidelines. - Duties include patient assessment, health teaching, therapy and treatment planning, medical functions execution, and clinical documentation.
