Description
Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) specialty nurse in the area. This position involves providing specialized care to critically ill neonatal patients within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The role emphasizes the delivery of high-quality clinical care aligned with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift with 12-hour hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in neonatal or pediatric nursing, valid nursing license, and 1 year of clinical experience in neonatal or pediatric care.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, certification in neonatal resuscitation (NRP), and advanced certifications such as NCC in Neonatal Nursing.
- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Candidates should be prepared to follow hospital SOPs, work within interdisciplinary teams, and adhere to safety and infection control procedures specific to neonatal patient care.
