Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse Location unspecified. This position involves delivering high-quality nursing care within the surgical environment. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure surgical procedures are carried out safely and effectively, adhering to organizational policies and professional standards. The expected shift is during daytime hours.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Michigan state nursing license; minimum 2 years of operating room experience; experience with orthopedic, general, gynecology, urology, and neurological surgeries; current BLS certification (American Heart Association); completed skills checklist within the past year.
• Preferred Qualifications: Trauma Level II experience.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be able to circulate during surgeries and have knowledge of OR protocols. References are not required; however, a skills checklist completed within one year is mandatory. Physical copies of certifications are only necessary if listed above.
• Certifications and Licenses: BLS (AHA), Michigan license verification with LARA and Nursys are required. Candidates should provide detailed license information if applicable.
