Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Nurse in the regional area. This position involves providing patient care within the medical-surgical unit, with an emphasis on telemetry monitoring. The role requires flexibility to float to other units or hospitals as needed, ensuring comprehensive patient care across different settings.

Job Details

• Shift Time: Days
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse license in the state of Alabama or a Compact license (no temporary licenses accepted); associated degree in nursing; CPR certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross; at least 2 years of overall experience in the specialty, with consideration given to candidates with 18 months of experience working under the highest level of professional license and at least 1 year of recent experience in the specialty.
• Preferred Qualifications: ACLS certification.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position involves working in acute care settings, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:5 or 1:6. Nurses will be working in units that require willingness to float between units and hospitals, including holiday and weekend shifts. Parking is available. The position begins on 10/26/2026 and ends on 01/16/2027.
