Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Day Shift region. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to float to other units and hospitals as needed. The role is designed for a dedicated and adaptable nurse committed to patient care across diverse settings.

Job Details

Schedule: Days shift, 36 hours per week, starting on 10/26/2026 and ending on 12/26/2026.
Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama or a Compact license; associated degree in nursing; certifications including AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Tennessee Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); at least 2 years of recent experience in emergency nursing, with consideration given to 18 months of experience under the highest level of professional license.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Level III Trauma Center or Level II Stroke Center is highly desirable.
Additional Information: This position requires willingness to float to other units and hospitals to meet operational needs. Flexibility to work 36 or 48 hours per week is essential. The team is composed of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support staff, providing comprehensive emergency services to all age groups.
