Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position located at the Bay City site. This role involves coordinating comprehensive nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family education, and providing clinical leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing staff and other healthcare team members. The ER Nurse ensures adherence to professional nursing standards, upholds patient rights and privacy, and maintains compliance with regulatory guidelines. The position requires active engagement in delivering high-quality, ethical, and patient-centered care within the emergency setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association), Michigan state licensure, and at least 2 years of Emergency Department (ER) experience or ENPC certificate in lieu of PALS.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
