Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) registered nurse position located in an emergency care setting. The traveler will be responsible for self-studying telemetry strips upon acceptance and passing a basic dysrhythmia test during orientation, which is required to work in the emergency department. The role involves assessing patient needs, prioritizing care, and providing direct and indirect patient care, including safe and accurate triage. The traveler may occasionally be placed on call during periods of low census, with a response time of within one hour. The position requires working every third weekend.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: State licensure/certification verification, ER nursing experience, and ability to pass a basic dysrhythmia test during orientation.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The ER traveler must be prepared for orientation testing and pass a dysrhythmia test to qualify for the role. This position involves working in a high-acuity emergency setting, with responsibilities including rapid triage and patient assessment. The assignment begins on 10/26/2026 and concludes on 01/24/2027.
