Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing position located in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing acute patient care in a critical care setting, following unit policies and procedures, and utilizing specialized equipment. The position requires rotating day and night shifts, with a commitment of at least 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, generally every third weekend, rotating day and night shifts. Minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure to submit; 1-3+ years of experience in ICU; BLS certification; ACLS certification; COVID-19 vaccination, including 2019 flu shot.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic charting systems such as EPIC; proficiency with equipment like Space Labs and Omnicell; trauma level care experience.
• Additional Information: Non-billable orientation lasting 8 hours; orientation is non-billable and guaranteed hours do not apply during this time; equipment used in the department includes electronic charting and medication systems; standard ICU procedures such as dressing changes, vent management, and IV starts are required.
