Job Summary:
Pediatric Intermediate Care Nurse in an inpatient pediatric unit located at a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to pediatric patients with moderate acuity, supporting procedures such as trach and home ventilator management, high flow nasal cannula, and central line care. The position is scheduled for day shifts, offering consistent hours over a three-month period.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 10/19/2026 and ending on 01/18/2027
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); valid nursing license; no minimum years of experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with trachs, home ventilator management, and high flow nasal cannula therapy
• Float: Float rotation may be required to Childrens Tower units including Pediatric Surgical, Emergency Department holds, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
• Responsibilities include trach and ventilator care, high flow nasal cannula management, central line care, and collaboration with a team of pediatric healthcare professionals in a fast-paced inpatient environment
