Job Summary:
House Supervisor Level 1 position in a short-term acute care facility located in the region. The role involves serving as a Bed Placement RN Coordinator within the Transfer and Admit Center at a Level II Trauma Center. This position offers flexible shift lengths of 10 or 12 hours with a schedule that includes every other weekend coverage. The position requires prior experience as a house supervisor or in a transfer center and is ideal for candidates with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state RN license (compact license accepted), at least 1 year of house supervisor or transfer center experience, and proficiency with crisis intervention, emergency department procedures, bed control, transfers, bed placement, and working with electronic charting systems (Epic).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or pediatric trauma setting, ICU, NICU, PICU, and familiarity with emergency preparedness, inpatient acute care, and post-surgical procedures.
• Additional Information: This role involves no direct patient contact but requires close collaboration with the house supervisor and interdisciplinary team members. Candidates must be flexible to work shifts of 10 or 12 hours as needed and be available to work holidays, with up-front scheduling requests during submission. References covering the past three years are required, and candidates should have no more than one year of experience minimum. No on-call requirement specified, and the position is located within a facility that does not accept Nursys or background hits.
