Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse role in a night shift position. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for critically ill patients within a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The nurse will provide direct patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and professional standards to deliver safe and effective care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a compact RN licensure for the current state. BLS certification is required. Experience in an acute care hospital setting, specifically in ICU or related specialty, with at least 1 year of recent clinical experience in the past 12 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred. Professional certification related to critical care is advantageous.
• Additional Information: Must be proficient in caring for Cardiac and Musculoskeletal (M/S), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) patients. Ability to monitor telemetry and care for up to 6 M/S level patients is required. The candidate should be willing to float to other PCU/ICU units as needed and must be capable of performing all functions according to established policies and procedures.
