Description
Job Summary:
Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) specialist position available in the area. This role involves providing perioperative care exclusively for open heart surgeries, with a focus on supporting the surgical team during cardiac procedures. The position offers consistent scheduling with day shifts and on-call responsibilities.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) certification, along with valid license or certification verification, and a professional profile with two professional references and completion of the Ascension Skills Checklist
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The role requires participation in a monthly on-call schedule, covering 5 to 6 nights including weekends. On-call duties may include responding to emergent cases and supporting perioperative procedures during holidays that fall on scheduled shifts.
