Job Summary:
Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) at a healthcare facility requires a qualified professional to provide specialized perioperative care for cardiac surgery patients. This role involves participating in complex surgical procedures, adhering to hospital protocols, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The assignment encompasses a schedule aligned with shift hours from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, with call coverage expected as part of the responsibilities.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, with minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: BLS Certification; a minimum of 2 years of operating room experience in a cardiac or open-heart setting; valid licensure to submit credentials.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC charting system.
• Additional Information: The unit's notes include a 4-10 arrangement and call coverage with approximately 6-8 calls over an 8-week period. Flu vaccine is mandatory with no exemptions allowed.
