Job Details

• Location: Salem, VA
• Shift Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 10/19/2026
• End Date: 01/18/2027
• Required Qualifications: Certified First Surgical Assistant licensure with the Board of Medicine in Virginia; proficiency in orthopedic, DaVinci, and neuro procedures; experience with craniotomy, spine fusion, liver resection, Whipple procedure, and Mako total joint; at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with OR equipment, documentation systems such as Meditech; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
