Job Summary
ICU Cardiovascular (Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular) specialized position located in the facility. This role involves providing critical care to patients with cardiovascular conditions in a high-acuity environment, supporting a multidisciplinary team on the third floor of a medical center. The position emphasizes team collaboration and clinical expertise in a fast-paced setting.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); ICU experience preferred; no minimum years of experience required; located within commuting distance to the facility
• Preferred Qualifications: Cardiac experience; Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN)
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The unit has 12 beds with a total staff of 32, including RNs, externs, and other clinical team members. Typical procedures performed include bedside trach, sheath removal, post-catheterization care, and rapid response interventions. The unit utilizes advanced equipment such as Tablo, Impella, Swan Ganz catheters, and Baxter systems, with medication administration via electronic medical records. The position requires teamwork, flexibility, and adherence to unit policies. The assignment duration is from 10/19/2026 to 01/18/2027, with no block scheduling guarantee and every other weekend shifts.
