Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) profession in Salem. This position involves working within a busy surgical environment with a focus on orthopedic trauma, craniotomies, burr holes, robotic surgeries, cystoscopies, ENT, and total joint procedures. The role requires proficient use of advanced robotics and equipment, contributing to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts available, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Coverage includes day shifts, with call required once a week overnight and one and a half weekends every eight weeks. Weekends are 48 hours, and a half weekend is 24 hours.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS certification; two or more years of experience in an operating room setting; experience in level II or higher facilities; proficiency in orthopedic trauma, craniotomies, burr holes, robotic surgeries (including DaVinci robots), cystoscopies, ENT procedures, and total joints; possession of advanced skills in robotic surgery and complex procedures.
