Job Summary
The Operating Room (OR) Nurse is a registered nurse responsible for providing specialized perioperative patient care within a healthcare facility. This role involves preparing patients for surgery, assisting during operative procedures, and ensuring safety and adherence to clinical standards. The OR Nurse collaborates with surgical teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the perioperative process.

Job Details

Location: Not specified
Schedule: Days shift, 8 or 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: RN license, BSN preferred; 2 years of operating room experience; location requirements as applicable; valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with perioperative nursing practices and familiarity with surgical procedures and protocols
Additional Information: The role may include on-call responsibilities 2-3 days per week, with shift hours from 1530 to 0700 on weekdays and 0700 to 0700 on weekends. The position duration is from 10/05/2026 through 01/02/2027.
