Job Summary:
Telemetry (TELE) is a nursing specialty focused on monitoring and caring for patients with cardiac and other electronic monitoring needs. This assignment involves providing comprehensive patient care within the scope of practice defined by regulatory standards. The role emphasizes applying evidence-based practices, collaborating with healthcare teams, and supporting patient and family education throughout the recovery process.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid CA Registered Nurse (RN) license; current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred; 0 years of experience; ability to communicate effectively in English
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with telemetry or cardiac monitoring is advantageous but not required
• Additional Information: The nurse will create a healing environment, assess patient data, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team. Responsibilities include patient teaching, emergency response, and quality assurance activities. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts and adaptability to diverse patient needs.
