Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Nurse (RN) Tampa. This position involves providing specialized inpatient rehabilitation nursing services in a 20-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries. The role supports a patient-focused recovery environment with an emphasis on maximizing health, function, and quality of life.

Job Details:

• Shift: 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Schedule: Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 09/28/2026
• End Date: 11/23/2026
• Required Qualifications: Current state certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), Child and Adult Iowa Mandatory Reporters certification, appropriate communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal & written).
• Preferred Qualifications: Up to 6 months of experience in acute, rehabilitation, or long-term care, though not required.
• Additional Information: The nurse must be cooperative and possess a strong desire to contribute as a team player. Scrub color is navy. Report times are 6 a.m. or 6 p.m. Upon arrival, ask for Charles Leshoure. Parking is on the side of the building.
