Job Summary:
RN Medical Surgical Floor at Wenatchee, WA. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced medical surgical setting. The role includes developing patient-specific care plans, administering medications, performing nursing procedures, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required qualifications: Must have an active Washington State or Compact RN licensure; required to maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications; must adhere to facility policies, unit standards, and the Washington Nurse Practice Act; float as a sitter may be required, with floating between Mares and Central Campuses, Mares Rehab and Med/Surg units.
• Responsibilities include coordinating and delivering patient care, implementing and reassessing care plans, administering medications, documenting assessments and interventions, conducting holistic patient evaluations, and educating patients and families on health information.
• The role involves participating in performance improvement processes, delegating care appropriately, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for staff and patients.
• No float requirement and a minimum of 1 year of experience required.
