Job Summary:
Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in a healthcare facility located in West Allis, WI. This role involves providing specialized care for patients with telemetry monitoring needs, utilizing advanced medical technology, and supporting a diverse patient population. The position requires a committed professional with relevant clinical experience and certifications.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 1900 - 0700, with a 36-hour minimum per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); BLS certification; NIHSS certification; at least 2 years of medical/surgical nursing experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: ACLS certification.
• Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: All medical/surgical patient types, including cases requiring telemetry monitoring.
• Patient Ratios: Varies depending on staffing; average up to 6 patients per nurse.
• Support within the Department: CNA/Tech support, rapid response team, phlebotomy for peripheral lab draws, charge nurse support.
• Technology/Equipment: EMR system EPIC (requirement), IV pump Alaris, Pyxis for medication dispensing, telemetry monitoring with central system and telemetry technician support.
• Orientation: One shift facility and unit orientation.
• Scheduling: Every other weekend rotation, no on-call requirement, every other major holiday.
• Floating: Floating to other medical/surgical units may be required, checked in with the House Supervisor upon assignment.
• Other Notes: Scrub color is flexible with any solid color; free parking provided.
• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• End Date: 01/09/2027
