Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) in a hospital setting located in western North Carolina. Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, Associates degree or higher, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), fetal monitoring competency, 1-2+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery (L&D)
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of labor medications and process, cervical exams, team player personality, friendly demeanor
• Float: None
• Additional Information: Must demonstrate competency in reading fetal heart rate tracing, knowledge about labor medications and processes, cervical exams, and team collaboration. The role involves working on a unit with five beds, with patient ratios typically 1:2 or 1:1.
