Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Springfield. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fully staffed emergency department that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The role requires flexibility to work one block during major holidays and possibly other shifts as scheduled.

Job Details:

• Location: Springfield, VT
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of current Emergency Department experience in a hospital setting
  • Active Vermont RN license or Compact license (must be uploaded with profile)
  • Active American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
  • Active Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
  • Active American Heart Association PALS certification
  • All certifications must be in hand to be considered
  • Bachelor Degree (preferred)
  • Own vehicle required for this need
  • Vermont address must be included in profile
  • Any/All requested RTO must be included in profile
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 months minimum travel experience
  • All certifications with current validity
  • Prior ER experience of 2+ years
• Additional Information:
  • Travelers may not take all holidays off; required to work during Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the weekend after, as well as New Years Eve through New Years Day and the weekend after if scheduled/needed
  • Submission requirements include all scheduling requests at the time of submission; requests after offer may be rescinded
  • No block scheduling approval, 48-hour guarantee not available
  • Local travelers (within 50 miles of the facility) are not eligible
  • Must work one holiday block if scheduled, as specified
  • No overtime rates will be provided at the same rate as hourly pay
