Job Summary:
Pediatric Operating Room Technician specializing in pediatric surgical procedures at a healthcare organization. This position involves providing specialized surgical support in pediatric cases within various specialties, adhering to hospital policies and ensuring patient safety during procedures. The assignment is for 13 weeks, starting on 10/20/2026, and involves working in a high-volume pediatric environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Pediatric surgical department at a healthcare organization
• Schedule: 10-hour days, with shift hours from 6:45 PM to 5:15 AM, minimum 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 10/20/2026
• End Date: 01/16/2027
• Required Qualifications: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification, designated DORA (Colorado) license, at least 2 years of pediatric surgical technician experience, and the ability to work within a 50-mile radius of the assigned facility.
• Specialties: Operating Room Pediatrics Only, including general, urology, orthopedic, ENT, spine, neuro, and endoscopy procedures.
• Travel Requirement: Yes, travel experience is required.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, with the possibility of being reassigned within their clinical competence to other practice areas within 35 miles of the original assignment.
• On-Call: Yes, one day per month or an equivalent of 24 hours per month. Prescheduled extra work can be done in lieu of on-call.
• Additional Information: Client reserves the right to float or reassign personnel to other areas within their practice as needed, within a 35-mile radius of the original facility. No return to office (RTO) policies permit time off during the first two weeks. Medical and religious vaccine exemptions are allowed.
