Description

Job Summary:
This is a Step Down Unit registered nursing position located in an acute care setting. The role involves providing specialized care for patients transitioning from intensive care or requiring closely monitored medical management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with surgical patient populations and telemetry monitoring.

Job Details:

Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, experience with surgical patient populations and telemetry, at least 1 year of clinical experience, valid state license, successful submission of professional profile, Ascension resume, and two professional references
Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: Candidate must have extensive experience with surgical patients and telemetry monitoring. Longer contracts (13-16 weeks) may be available for start dates in September.
