Description
Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology (IR) nurse position available in a healthcare facility located in Michigan. This role involves continuously evaluating patient needs, planning care, and adjusting interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The position requires adherence to a strict attendance policy and an ability to work day shifts, with a focus on interventions such as stress tests and interventional radiology procedures.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Interventional Radiology (IR) and Stress Test experience
- Very strong IV (Intravenous Therapy) experience
- Michigan license verification (LARA and Nursys) required; provide documentation if license has been previously hit
- Physical copies of certifications only needed if listed above
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Travel experience
- Skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN (Registered Nurse) specialties
- Additional Information:
- Important notice regarding a strict 3 strike attendance policy effective from 6/1/2024.
- On-call availability required.
- ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association) certifications required.
- Continuously assesses patient plan of care; adjusts nursing actions as needed to optimize outcomes.
