Job Summary:
Long Term Care (LTC) Nurse Practitioner position available in a healthcare setting. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care within a long-term care environment, supporting the organizations commitment to quality resident outcomes and operational efficiency.

Job Details:

• Qualifications: Certifications in Nurse Practitioner (NP), with required education credentials; licensed or eligible to practice as an NP; no minimum years of experience required.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include delivering clinical assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Additional information: Position will serve in a Long Term Care setting with a start date of 10/26/2026 and end date of 01/25/2027.
• Submission requirements: Candidates must have the appropriate credentials and be willing to work the specified schedule.
