Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse in North Dakota This opportunity involves providing direct nursing care within a hospital setting on a 13-week assignment. Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Specialty: Medical Surgical Floor (MS)
• Location: North Dakota
• Schedule: Rotating shifts (3x12 hours Night/Day rotation)
• Hours: 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse license from the North Dakota Board of Nursing or a compact state agreement, and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association. Prior experience of at least 1 year in a Medical Surgical setting.
• Responsibilities include performing daily patient rounds, developing and evaluating individual care plans, assessing patient conditions, and executing emergency measures when needed. The RN will also coordinate interdisciplinary care, provide patient education, and contribute to discharge planning to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
