Job Summary
Telemetry Nurse, located in the San Fernando Valley area, provides specialized nursing care for patients requiring cardiac monitoring and related services. This role involves delivering coordinated care based on established standards, supervising nursing staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient safety and recovery.

Job Details

Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 36 - 48 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the practice state; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an acute care facility; Epic electronic health record system experience; float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: The nurse will collect relevant health data, analyze assessment findings, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient progress. Responsibilities include collaborative discharge planning, delegation, and ensuring a safe, humane environment. All staff must comply with vaccination requirements, with medical or religious exemptions considered.
