Telemetry (TELE) Nurse in Michigan. This opportunity involves providing patient care for outpatients assigned to observation status within a healthcare facility. The role requires clinical assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients according to physician plans and accepted nursing standards.

Job Details

Position Description: Assist in assessing, implementing, and monitoring outpatient patient care for observation status.
Certifications: Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
Education Requirements: Michigan state license as a Registered Nurse.
Location Requirements: Candidates must hold an active Michigan license and live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.
Experience: 0 years minimum required, with at least 2 years of observation experience preferred.
Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Work history skills checklist current to 1 year pertinent to observation, two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years, Michigan Active license, American Heart Association BLS.
Additional Information: Candidates must have Epic Electronic Medical Record experience preferred. Submission requires documentation of work history, supervisory references, license, and BLS, all valid and current.
