Job Summary

Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Live Oak, TX. This position involves providing specialized perioperative care within the surgical environment, supporting a variety of procedures including orthopedics, general, gynecology, robotics, urology, vascular, cardiovascular, neuro, and thoracic surgeries. The role requires a flexible, compassionate professional capable of working nights and fulfilling call requirements.

Job Details

Position: Operating Room Nurse
Location: Live Oak, TX
Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: BLS and ACLS certifications, scrub attire provided, and OR circulator experience. No experience minimum required.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Responsibilities include assisting in surgeries, maintaining sterile conditions, and providing patient care before, during, and after procedures.
Schedule includes call rotation one night per week minimum, with one weekend per five-week schedule.
Candidates should demonstrate a flexible, caring, and compassionate attitude as well as a willingness to support diverse surgical procedures.
Submission requirements: Candidates must be available to start on 10/26/2026 and work through 01/25/2027.
