Job Details

• Position Description: This role requires the assessment, planning, implementation, and documentation of nursing care according to organizational policies and professional standards. The nurse will utilize specialized knowledge and judgment to evaluate patient data, plan and deliver appropriate care, and engage in discharge planning.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice or valid compact RN license, BLS certification, and current clinical experience in an acute care or ICU setting within the past 12 months. Bachelors degree and professional certification are preferred.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role involves direct patient care in a high-intensity environment, including assessing complex patient needs, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and participating in quality improvement activities. The position may include supervision of staff and workflow management.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must demonstrate clinical performance competencies suitable to their area of practice, maintain required certifications, and possess necessary fingerprint clearance cards based on the facility location.
