Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position in Farmington, New Mexico. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a level II trauma center with a focus on medical, surgical, and telemetry units. It offers an opportunity to work in a reputable facility serving the Four Corners region, with a diverse patient population and modern healthcare services.
Job Details
- Location: Farmington, New Mexico
- Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
- Certifications: BLS (must be American Heart Association accredited)
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience: 1-year minimum, preferred 2 years
- Specialty: Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE)
- Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 43
- Patient Ratios: 1:5 and 1:6
- Equipment: VS machine, bladder scanner, IV pumps, thermal imaging, lifts, tube feeding pumps
- EHR: Cerner
- Additional Information:
- Must have med/surg experience; charge nurse experience and oncology skills are preferred but not required
- Common diagnoses include cirrhosis, sepsis, pneumonia, respiratory illnesses, wounds, CHF
- No minimum experience requirement beyond 1 year
- Must be available to start on 10/05/2026 and work through 01/04/2027, with at least 36 hours guaranteed per week
