Job Summary
Operating Room Nurse Located in a healthcare facility environment, this position involves providing specialized nursing care within the operating room setting. The role requires collaboration with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and successful surgical outcomes.

Job Details

• Certifications required upon hire: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (Single State or Multi-state Compact), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or equivalent.
• Education requirements: Completion of an accredited school of nursing with requisite clinical hours.
• Location requirements: Position based in a healthcare facility environment.
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional information: The position involves a 30-minute callback requirement, on call per unit rotation, beginning after October 10, 2026.
• Responsibilities include delivering direct patient care in the operating room, utilizing advanced technology and evidence-based practices, responding to emergencies decisively and respectfully, managing time effectively, and maintaining excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Required qualifications: Active RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS certification, Knowledge of clinical procedures and patient safety protocols, strong critical thinking skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
