Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Nurse (RN) As the largest and most advanced ICU and PCU in the region, this position offers an opportunity to work within a reputable trauma level facility. The role involves providing specialized care for labor and delivery patients, requiring a minimum of two years of relevant experience in labor and delivery, couplet care, LDRP, and some NICU experience, with intermediate fetal monitoring certification.

Job Details

Certifications: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Basic Life Support (BLS), Fetal Monitoring (must have completed intermediate level and current with advanced)
Education: Active registered nurse license, with experience in labor and delivery
Location Requirements: Must be at least 60 miles from the facility
Experience Requirement: 2 years minimum in labor and delivery, couplet care, LDRP, and NICU experience
Schedule: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM, 36 hours per week guaranteed
Position Duration: Start date 12/14/2026 through 03/13/2027
Additional information: This position involves a 12-hour shift schedule, with 5-6 weekend shifts in a 6-week rotation. No scheduled call, but flexing may be required based on census and staff rotation.
Candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage adult and neonatal patients, adhere to patient safety standards, and collaborate effectively within the healthcare team.
