Job Summary
IMCU (Intermediate Care Unit) Registered Nurse (RN) La Porte, IN. This position involves providing specialized nursing care in a fast-paced, intermediate care setting. The RN will be responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care within a designated bedside team, supporting patient recovery and stabilization.

Job Details

• Position Type: Temporary, 13-week assignment with the possibility of early cancellation with no penalty
• Schedule: Nights, 6:45 PM 7:15 AM; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: RN licensure in state, ACLS, BLS certifications, 1-2 years of Critical Care experience, Cerner experience preferred but not required
• Responsibilities include delivering care to patients in a 30-bed unit with a patient ratio of 4 or 5:1, supporting a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Professional attire includes navy blue scrubs.
• Travelers must attach the required license and certifications upon submission and include a drivers license/ permanent home address matching their ID.
• Must be more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted.
• Floating to Med/Surg units may be required.
• If pending license, review may be considered.
