Job Summary
The organization is seeking an RN Supervisor specializing in Nursing Supervision in a healthcare setting. This full-time role involves overseeing patient care programs, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with nurse managers to ensure quality standards. The position offers opportunities for remote work several days per week after an initial on-site period.

Job Details

Position: RN Supervisor, Nursing Supervisor
Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday through Friday; flexible daytime hours (8:00 AM 5:00 PM, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM, or 8:00 AM 4:00 PM), minimum 37.5 hours per week
Certifications & Education: Certified Abbreviated Injury Scale Specialist (CAISS) from AAAM, American Trauma Society (ATS) ICD-10 certification, Trauma Registry Course certification, RN License, BLS certification, Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program; Master's degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role, with at least 1 year of Trauma Center experience
Key Skills & Responsibilities: Supervisory experience, patient care, program development, record-keeping system development, performance monitoring
Additional Information: Candidates must seek permanent, full-time employment. Report-writing proficiency is required. Remote work potential may be available after the initial assignment; initially onsite.
