Job Details

• Location: Aspirus Medford Care and Rehab
• Position Description: RN with experience in skilled nursing facilities, including long-term and short-term care units. The role involves working 8-hour shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: WI RN license, AHA or ARC Basic Life Support certification, associate degree or certificate, 2+ years of previous long-term care experience, and ability to float to various units including short-term, long-term, and CBRF.
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Must be able to float to short term, long term, and CBRF units; may be required to participate in holiday rotation and provide on-call coverage for low census hours, with call back pay applicable. During flu season, unvaccinated staff must wear masks at all times per policy. Scrubs should be clean and work appropriate.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must have a valid Wisconsin RN license and AHA or ARC Basic Life Support certification at the time of application.
