Medical Surgical Oncology Floor Nurse in Waltham, MA This role entails providing outpatient oncology and infusion care within a busy clinical setting. Job Details

• Shift: Days, Hours 7:00 AM 5:30 PM, with a schedule of either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active License or Certification, current outpatient oncology or medical infusion nursing experience of at least three years, outpatient nursing experience of at least one year, EPIC electronic health record training, IV skills, and current certification in the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy course.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Responsibilities: Support outpatient oncology/infusion services, administer oncology medications including injections, monitor patient responses, and document care in electronic health records.
• Certifications: Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certification, IV skills.
• Schedule: Days, 10 hours shifts, 40 hours per week.
• Submission Requirements: License verification, resume, references, skills checklist, candidate submission coversheet.
• Additional Information: This role is located in a clinical outpatient environment and requires recent outpatient oncology or infusion experience, as well as familiarity with EPIC.
