Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Nurse, L&D Night Shift, from the healthcare provider in the specified location, is responsible for providing expert obstetric nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum. This role involves supporting high-risk pregnancies and ensuring patient safety and comfort through comprehensive clinical care.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications:
  • 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in labor and delivery
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
  • Five (5) or more years of recent labor and delivery experience (must have occurred within the last two years)
  • One (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the past two years
  • High-Risk Obstetrics (OB) experience preferred
• Schedule:
  • Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Additional information:
  • Environments may require ability to handle high-risk OB cases
