Job Summary
The Sterile Processing Technician position is based in the healthcare setting and involves providing sterile products and instruments to support patient care teams. The role ensures quality and safety standards are met through proper sterilization procedures and instrument management.

Job Details

• Position Description: The Sterile Processing Technician provides sterile products & instruments to all members of the health care team.
• Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent education, completion of an appropriate Aide training program or a Central Technician program, or 6 months' previous experience in Central Supply; NICHSPDP Certification; ability to read, write, add, subtract, and read temperature gauges; at least 5 years experience; punctuality.
• Schedule: Rotating shift; night shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM; scheduled for 8 hours per shift with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Skills: Excellent computer skills.
• Additional Information: The first day will be on a day shift for badge and access setup, with weekends required for work. The manager will contact the candidate for a phone interview.
