The position requires adaptability to float within various critical care departments based on staffing needs.

Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Critical Care/Intensive Care
• Location: Healthcare facility specializing in adult and geriatric critical care services
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Education & Experience: Completion of online Lifetalent assignments; minimum 5 years of relevant ICU experience required, with proficiency in critical care skills such as IV starts, blood draws, ECG interpretation, ventilator management, and bedside procedures
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Additional Information: Home unit would be Critical Care Unit (CCU), but may float to Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU), Critical Care Step-Down, or Med-Surg departments as needed. Must demonstrate efficient time management, excellent communication, and the ability to work in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. Prior experience in teaching hospitals or with complex critical care procedures is preferred.
