Job Summary:
Step Down Unit Nurse, Specialty in Cardiac Care, located in an acute care facility, provides specialized patient care for individuals requiring close monitoring and treatment for cardiac conditions. The role involves monitoring patients with cardiac drips, managing sheaths, and providing comprehensive med/surg patient care within a fast-paced setting.

Job Details:

• Position Description: Cardiac drip titration experience required; experience with sheath pulling, monitoring sites, and general med/surg patient knowledge necessary.
• Certifications & Education: ACLS and BLS certifications required; minimum of 2 years of experience as a healthcare professional.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role requires the ability to float to Medical/Surgical and Emergency Department hold areas if needed. All applicants must hold a valid license to submit and meet the certification requirements.
